Creating HTML Documents

Hi, everybody at NI forum.

I very new in using LabView.

I want publish my VI to web by using "Web Publishing Tools".  

Therefore, I search from this forum for "Creating HTML Documents and Embedding VI Front Panel Images". 

After I saw that manual, I can't understanding the first sentence. That sentence is " To display VI front panels on the Web, the VIs must be in memory on your computer. "  

So, what is meaning " in memory on your computer" ? I totally can't understanding it.

A VI is considered to be in memory whenever the program is open on the server machine. The VI does not have to be running.
