Created own hardware

Hi, every one!

I want to ask all of you that, if I want to created my own hardware that can use with COM, or Parallel, or USB so how can I do. for example if I want to create the Logic circuit that have 10 LEDs, and want to display them as we want, or if I have the 7 segment I want to display count down or count up. or have many simple cirtuirs that can test and easy to create, please tell me.

what? I dont understand what you said, If you have some simple hardware that can connected to PC by using LabVIEW is good then find in that link.
