Create a thread!

It is possible to create a thread in LabView?
I try to find an example, nothing ... so I'm asking.

hi oriana

open the vi properties and get to the execution category and you can find
preffered execution system ...if you scroll thru the drop down option you have
"same as caller","other1"...so on...u can use this option for
thread execution

Since LV handles a lot of the threading issues for you automatically, could you explain why you need the thread? It may be that it is handled for you automatically - or it may be that raghavendra's suggestion is spot on.
