Counter Using DAQPad-6016

I have a signal inputting to a counter port of a DAQPad-6016 and I can't get it to count the pulses.  I've attached the LabVIEW code that I'm using.  The confusing thing about this is it works in MAX.

Thanks for your help.  I realized, I had the signal connecting to the wrong pin.
