Hi All,
I'm trying to extend my LabVIEW trial to the 45 days, but when I click extend it always says the above.
Does anyone know a workaround to this, is there some link incorrectly configured somewhere perhaps?

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying out the LabVIEW 2020 SP1. I tried disabling firewall, etc. but no dice.
