Converting Amplitude-Time waveform graph into Intensity-Wavelength graph

Hi,

I want to convert amplitude-time graph to intensity-wavelength graph in order to catch spectral wavelengths of flame with sodium. Can you please help me on how to convert amplitude-time graph to intensity-wavelength graph?

Thanks in advance !

The simplest thing is to open Graph Properties, go to the Scales tab, and change the Name of the X-Axis from Time to Intensity (or Wavelength, not sure which you want where).  Repeat for the Y axis.

Thanks for reply. But I think, what I ask is not understood clearly. I have experimental setup in which there is a diffraction grating which diffracts light beam coming from sodium flame. I want to catch two spectrum lines emitted at 588.9950 and 589.5924 nanometers. It should be shown light intensity at these specific wavelengths. For this reason x axis on the graph must show light wavelengths. Is there any example on how to program spectral analysis of light? I send my vi program attached. Thanks a lot!

Hi senol,

use the XYGraph to plot data for a y=f(x) relation…
