Convert version 4 to version 2009?

Could someone please convert this file  in labview from version 4 to version 2009?

I tried to open in 8.0 (which should work), but there is an error that the VI does not have a block diagram.

A VI that has the block diagram removed cannot be upgraded. Sorry.
