I suppose it is an integer decimal? Just create an numeric indicator, set it's
representation to one of the integer types (right-click on it, select
'representation'),
then set it's Format to binary (right-click, select 'Format&Precision', select
'binary' in the Format drop down list)
If you make the 'Radix' visible (right-click, 'Visible items-->Radix) the
display
format can also be changed at run-time by the user (left clicking on the Radix
indicator)
