I use to programme in LabView version 4.1 last year. Now I work with 5.1. I'm trying to find a way to control the status of vi panel, to make them disappear and reappear as often as I want. For example : I have a main panel which would call an other vi and make him self disappear, granting the control to the newly opened panel.
Everything was easy in version 4.1. But now some vi in the Function Palette have disappeared. What is the feature that replace this functionality?

I believe all of those controls were replaced by the VI Server. You can use these to do what you are needing. Kevin Kent
