Control a motor based on a pressure wave

I want to move a motor based on the pressure wave of the aorta using myRIO and Labview.

I have the PWM block, the encoder block and the digital output to control the direction of the motor.

Now, I have selected two limits and the motor moves inside these limits.

Instead I want that it moves base on the pressure wave, for example, move up for 0.4 seconds with a certain velocity and then move down for 0.6 seconds with a different velocity.

I don't know how I can connect a signal to those blocks that I already have.
