Hi,

 

I am currently working with a semi-automatic probe station, Suss PA200. I am trying to look for the instrument driver of the Suss PA200 or some example codes in order for me to create a LabView program to control the chuck and scope of Suss PA200 with RS232 interface.

 

Can anyone help on this issue?
