The 8176 does not have any LEDs that are user accessible like the PXI-7030 and PXI-8140 series products do.
If you wanted to toggle an LED you would need to toggle a digital line on a PXI E-Series product or some other product with digital lines and use that to control the on/off state of a user-supplied LED.
