dumb question about the wire color trivia...  I only counted 7 (8 if you count white) but the answer was 10... what did I miss?
Brown
Orange
Blue
Pink
Purple
D. Green/Teal (reference color)
Green

does white+brown count as a color?

Those of us who are color blind do not acknowledge that all of those are actually colors, and certainly not distinct.

Talking about greyscale, don't forget the broken wire (=black). 😉

I can actually see some colors. I detect 4-5 different colors, some of which I cannot give good names. VISA Resource wires, for example, are different from the blue of integers, but I am not sure what to call them. Part of my problem with colors is that small objects like wires which are only 1 or a few pixels thick are difficult for me to determine color. Besides LV 1 on the early Macs was black and white and grayscale, so I was able to adapt reasonably well when they switched to color later.

In fact I bought a large grayscale monitor shortly after color came along, because I preferred the larger monitor to color.
