Hi,

I'm just trying to read some loadcell data using Delta loadcell module with part number code : dvp02lc.

This module supports Modbus ASCII/ RTU on both RS232 and RS485. At my first try I decided to communicate with this module using its RS232 port.

I'm using LabVIEW 2012 with DSC toolkit. I followed the tutorial provided here step by step. but I can't get it work.

I'm a little dizzy right now. I don't know how I can convert the register address provided in the module datasheet to modbus register addresses.

 

two following pictures show the datasheet register address. and different register address configurations I used in labview to connect to the device with no chance of success!
