The MPU-6050 appears to be an I2C sensor so you will need to connect it up to the myRIO via the DIO lines that are designed for I2C. You can check the users guide on the myRIO to see the pinouts on the DIO block, and this whitepaper gives a little background on the basics of I2C communication.

However, I am curious about your application. Are you able to use the accelerometer on board the myRIO? This info will help us give more meaningful suggestions.
