Configuring transfer function (continuous)

I cannot configure the coefficient of the transfer function H(s). I go to numerator it only changes the s exponent. Same for the denominator...

Example:How do I configure H(s) = (2s+1) / (0.5s^2 +2s+3)....

Which VI that you find a problem? Attached screenshot showing your problem would be better explain a problem.

Thks for the reply. I  got the solution...It was a confusing "tab" where to put data due to bad gui...
