Comunicacion LabVIEW KUSB-488B

After installing the drivers for the KUSB-488B and having the computer recognize the device, and installing NI-488.2, NI MAX does not recognize the device. In the "Devices and Interfaces" section, nothing related to KUSB-488B or GPIB appears.

If anyone has any idea of what could be happening, I would be happy to try any suggestions provided.

What versions of KUSB-488B driver did you install? On which OS version?

NI-488.2 is irrelevant in relation to your hardware. That software only can work with NI GPIB boards. What you do need is KI-488 Version 5.0.0 driver and NI-VISA, which the KI driver installs a passport for to use it as a VISA device.

Tengo la versión 5.0.0 (KI-488_v5.0.0) y mi sistema operativo es Windows 10 Pro. Al instalar el controlador Keithley, también instalo el controlador compatible con NI Command, y no hay problemas durante la instalación. También tengo instalado NI-VISA, que reconoce otros dispositivos conectados al ordenador, pero no reconoce el KUSB-448B y no entiendo por qué.
