Compilation Issue

I have a windows 10 machine with software:

1-  NI Labview 2019 SP1 (32 bit)

2- FPGA module (ni-labview-2019-fpga-module-x86_19.0)

3- Real time Module (ni-labview-2019-rt-module-x86_19.0)

I want to use Labview FPGA with FPGA target (cRIO 9035)

I followed NI video which is titled by "writing your first Labview FPGA Program " in youtube "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mv112V-P030" 

 After connecting the device and starting with an example to test the cRIO modules,  I have an issue in the compilation. I have attached pictures of a simple example and the error that I have.

I need your help to pass this step. Thanks

Did you install the various xilinx tools? (see also).

Yes, I have installed LabVIEW FPGA Module, but Xilinx Compilation Tool  has been already  installed with labview 2019 package.

Compile server running?

Firewall? (LabVIEW and compile server allowed to use network, etc.)

Security software?

Could you show me how I deal with each question? Firewall , security and compile server
