A lot of messages no longer have any of the previous text in there, so
people on newsreaders that hide read messages have difficulty following
threads. It'd be useful if when someone posts a message from the web page to
have the previous message included. Some intelligence to automatically strip
lines from further back than the previous message should be trivial to
implement; automatically splitting out signatures and other junk may be more
complex.

Hi Craig,

Thanks for your suggestion regarding having the option to include previous text when responding to a message. It is helpful to hear how people are using the newsreader to view the documents in the newsgroups. We have been collecting comments and feedback from the past several weeks, and are using them to help determine and prioritize which features to include for future releases of the Developer Exchange. We hope these features will benefit both the Developer Exchange and newsreader users.
