Color printing issues

I am having trouble printing in color, the background is printed in gray even though I have changed the color.

Which version of LabVIEW are you using?

There is a bug in LabVIEW 8.0.x, which prints wrong background color.

It's fixed in 8.2

It is possible that your printer driver, or even the printer itself, does some "color correction". Try to turn it off. (For example on a Xerox Phaser printer, you would set the color correction to "none".)

What is your LabVIEW version? I remember struggling with similar issues in the distant past where I "fixed" it by placing a white decoration in the back.

I just did some casual testing in LabVIEW 8.20 and everything turns out perfectly white. Maybe they also fixed some things on the LabVIEW side. 😉

Hello,

This was reported to R&D (# 3R3F7UA3) and was fixed in LabVIEW 8.20 (as mentioned above). Here is a link to the current evaluation software download for LabVIEW. You can also find more information here:

Hope this helps!
