Clearing breakpoints doesn't allow execution without pause.

Running 6i in Windows 2k. Once I have cleared all breakpoints in a program with lots of sub vi levels, then I hit the run arrow expecting the program to continue without pause, a data object near the now deleted breakpoint flashes, and execution stops. Can't clear out this behavior without disabling Debugging in File/VI Properties/Execution for the subVI in question. Is this how it's supposed to work?

I've noticed that sometimes the AI that places the breakpoint doesn't work
so well. Sometimes it places it on a wire underneath an object. Click
edit\find\select object\breakpoints. If there's one hidden that should find
it.

I have got caught up with this before. My guess is even though you have removed all the breakpoints it is still pausing. Hit the pause button again and the next time you run the VI it shouldn't pause. Just an idea.

Classic problem i always have, break points can become hidden behind
objects. Use the find tool and under objects->others, select break points.
More than likely there is a sneaky little red dot burrowed away somewhere,
it needn't even be near the place the code stops, just in the same frame!
Hope that helps,
Tom.
