Changing colors of particular lines in a text indicator

Look into the property node. Within the text property, there is a Text.BGColor property.

But it changes the color of the whole indicator (or doesn't it). I want to change the background color of a particular line only. Is it possible. I had read elsewhere on this forum that it cannot be done.

You are correct.  The background color applies to the whole box.

However... with a little creativity... you can do it using a RichTextBox..

See image below and attached VERY simple... poorly done example..
