Let me check my last tax return so see if I am a billionaire yet... Nope! 😮 So the answer is no. 😄

 

Bug bounty programs are typically for bugs related to security, exploits, and vulnerabilities.

 

Your bug is just cosmetic, does not break functionality, not even crash LabVIEW, corrupt or erase your HD or make your printer burst into flames. 😄

 

Silver controls have been around for many years and nobody else bumped into it before you. The main reason is probably that IMHO tables should be used as indicators and not as controls. See also the explanation in my old idea here (and vote for it!). Also note that LabVIEW NXG has the "Data Grid", a much more useful implementation.
