Car parking system

Guys could anyone help me out in designing a smart car parking system. I am have a logic and how to approach it . I need another person to help me in designing it since i am not too familier with labview.

Once you have the logic worked out (and you claim you do!), you can implement it in almost any programming language. Why does it have to be LabVIEW if you are not familiar with it??? This decision makes no sense. 😮

Is this for homework or for a real commercial application? Why did they ask you to do it if you are not qualified?
