The example includes 2 ways of doing what was described in this thread.

Be careful..  one delay is in milliseconds and the other in seconds..

Glad you liked it 😄

As you may notice when looking at the block diagram, using the "Tick Count (ms)" is a cleaner approach.  The only thing is that you have to be careful when creating a delta because you do not know what the initial value is.

You also have to be careful when using the seconds from the timestamp because it rolls over when it reaches 60.

Hi Nishant,

I am from Ottawa Canada.  Unfortunately, there are not many LV openigs in this part of the world.  I am presently doing CVI work at the moment.

                  I am from Gujarat, India here there are not many opportunities for the LV, it is not developed yet in the India, yet to developed, how about Canada? is it developed in Canada?

Hi Nishant,

It is developped in Canada, probably not as much as everybody would want to.  But we went through a downfall in the hightech industry and slowly trying to recover from it.  So basically, not much hiring in any area..  We hear that jobs are getting more popular in India, maybe LV will be popular there, too.

Hiii,

                  You are right that jobs are getting popular in the India, but it is in the software field, and LabVIEW is not that popular yet, and we also want that LabVIEW gets developed in this part of world, but Smiley Sad it is not yet.
