I've not used the instrument but I've looked at the driver and there is a help file included. In the help file is a list of the function calls and what they do, and a list of the SCPI commands cross-referenced to the function calls. If you know the commands that need to be sent, you should be able to determine which functions to use. The driver is quite large and probably includes the necessary functions but if it doesn't, you can always use the hpe4406 Send String to write the specific command you need. Also, since the driver is written and maintained by Agilent, you might want to try contacting Agilent.
