Cannot find IMAQ ReadFile

I just installed LabVIEW 7.1 to read a 16bit PNG image from a file. Strangely, the "Vision Utilities - Files Palette" only contains the IMAQ WriteFile VI and not the ReadFile (none of the other VIs actually). Is it a know problem or am I looking at the wrong place ???

Thank you for contacting National Instruments. The IMAQ ReadFile VI is actually part of our Vision for LabVIEW software, so it sounds like either this software is not installed on your computer or that you have not added the necessary support so that those VIs appear in LabVIEW. This can typically happen if had Vision installed on you computer before you install LabVIEW 7.1. To correct this problem you will simply need to go into Add/Remove Programs and modify the installation of Vision to add support for the latest version of LabVIEW.

Your Installation probably does not include the IMAQ Vision Toolkit. Try
reading a PNG image by the functions in the picture pallete.
