Can we use the webserver as a standalone application?

We want to compile standalone VIs and then connect to them remotely using the Labview Web Server. That is, we want to connect remotely while Labview itself is not running. Is this possible?

You need to build an executable, that executable can then act as the web server...(need to an an entry in it's .ini file) not unlike having LabVIEW running.
