Can the FieldPoint Server acknowledgement of received data from the network module be disabled?

According to http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/3346, the “The network module scans all I/O channels with subscriptions to determine if a value has changed, comparing the current value to the cached value for each channel. If a change has occurred, the network module puts the difference between the two values in the transmit queue. The FieldPoint Server receives this information and sends an acknowledgement to the network module.” can this acknowledgement be disabled?

Hello CoN_Glenn,

Can you give a bit more background on your application, or why this acknowledgement step is undesireable? Since this step is part of the standard protocol, you'd have to create your own protocol that doesn't include that step.
