I can't open, delete, rename, ... some (not all) librarys under C:\programme\natianoal instruments\labview 6\vi.lib
What causes this effect and how can i solve it?

If you installed LabVIEW with the adminstrator account and use it with another account you get this problem under Windows 2000.

Log in with the administrator account and set the rights for all subdirectores and files that all users have full control to the LabVIEW installation.
