As I mentioned, the properties do work, so this isn't a problem at run-time. A temporary work around can be simply to write an alternate dialog for cases where one of the dimensions is 0 and it should be pretty simple.

They don't fully work. For example setting a width=0 does not make the arrow vertical, but keeps it at a shallow angle (LV 8.5.1)

Sorry SS, I'll we can do is give you the CAR ID#...this is so that you know that something was done in response to reporting a problem.  When a new version of LabVIEW comes out you can check the release notes for a list of fixed bugs and problems.
