Can't Insert data into the databse

Hi everyone,

I have jus stuck with a problem in DB. When I try to insert data into the databse using DB tool, I receive an repeated error message( Error 1). Please find the my vifile below and solve dis. 

Problem is, am using Labiew 8.2. So try to reply accordingly

Try it with a cluster instead of a string or array.
