Can not find/download Tag Configuration Editor

Hello all.  I was trying to download the Tag Configuration Editor from this link http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/5331, but this just leads to an error page.

Where can I get the editor?  Also, do you need the DSC module too, or can the editor work without it?

This is part of the DSC Module.  It probably requires this module.

If you need to purchase this module, please don't hesitate to let us know. Depending on what you are trying to do, you might not need the DSC module as it contains a LOT of functionality, some of which is covered through unsupported packages through VIPM.

Thank you both.  I was wondering why I was able to download the CVT library, but then couldn't find the Tag Configuration Editor.  I had taken the Advanced Architectures Online course and it spoke about the TCE when teaching about the CVT.  They might need to fix that to say that the TCE is part of the DSC module.
