Can I use both DAQmx and RT Scan Engine on a cRIO at once?

I've got a cRIO with a few cards, and all of them except one allows me to use the rt scan engine. The one that doesn't, is an NI 9238 +/-500mV analog input card. I have to use either the FPGA or DAQmx.

Can I use cards that are allocated to Real Time Scan Resources and Real Time Resources simultaneously? Asking because I tried some code with DAQmx and it's not reading anything from my sensors.
