Can I change Installer Product Version?

Hi,

For example,

I got an exe version 1.0.0.0.

I needed to build an installer with product version of 1.0.0.0 too.

However it only allow 3 digits to be fill.

Is there any way to change this?

Adriano,

It does not look like you will be able to get more than 3 digits for an installer.  What is your goal and what are you trying to do exactly that this is not letting you do.

I just want to get a better picture of what you want to do but can't so we can offer up possible workarounds.

Product Versions are typically:

Major Revision. Minor Revision. Fix/Patch. Build.

Build is often not encluded in the Product Version since itis (mostly) a development tracking feature.
