Calibrated DIP RTDs

This question is not related to LabVIEW or any NI product- but I'm not sure where else on the forum it will be seen. 😉

Can anybody recommend a source of calibrated Pt1000 or Pt5000 RTDs in 300 mil DIP packages? Preferably, the pinouts would be consecutive along one side of the package as F+/S+/S-/F-.

If we are able to purchase and/or fabricate packaged RTDs that meet our pinout requirements, can anybody recommend a calibration service for them?
