Bug: Labview doesnt start after Update to LV 7.1.1

Hello,
someone here with solution for this problem?
You can reproduce it by doing these steps:

1.) Install Labview 7.1
2.) Install an executable Labview-program compiled/created with LV 7.1.1
3.) Install the LV-Update 7.1.1
4.) Try to start Labview.exe

Here I get an pop-up with the text:

*******************
Executable version (LV7.1.1) doesn´t match resource file (LV7.1)
[OK]
*******************

The only thing i can do is to uninstall Labview 7.1.1 and the Runtime 7.1.1 and the reinstall Labview 7.1.
But there is no way to install the update on a normal way.

I think the problem is, that the executable programm already installs the Runtime 7.1.1 and makes some registry-things. So when installing the update after that, then the registry is already 1/2 updated and something goes wrong.

Perhaps i only need one more registry-entry to get rid of the pop-up.#

Thanks for your help

Edit:
******************************************
Executable version (7.1.1) doesn´t match resource file (7.1).
Check your configuration.
[OK]
******************************************

This is the full message-popup.

The problem has to be somewhere else. On another computer i tried the steps i described above but there i had no problems to update.

So the main-question is: What can i do against this popup?

Thanks for your answer.
Meanwhile i found the solution. It was an other problem than the solution to your link. The Problem in your link was with the "Run-Time Engine". My problem was with the "Full Development System".
But this problem is also already solved in the NI-Knowledge-base.
