Blue screen on GPIB-USB-HS disconnect

I have been testing some reconnect logic in my software if a GPIB-USB-HS is pulled in the middle of a test. When I pull the GPIB sometimes my computer blue screens. I saw this type of error was fixed in the bug fix notes back in November. So, I updated the driver but am still having the problem. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, but 32 bit LabVIEW. Attached is a screenshot. Has anyone else had this issue?

Edit: LabVIEW 2012...488.2 3.1 driver obviously

I would first of all have you download the latest 488.2 Driver from this link:

Given the fact that the error lists nipalk, which is a low level layer used to communicate with the system, the first thing we want to do is update the drivers and then go from there.
