Hi ,
Can someone pls advise me how to programatically write a blinking signal ?
For example.. i have a signal coming from FieldPoint module.. Normally is 0. If the signal is ON and OFF( Blinking ).. for this state i need and output of 1. If the signal normally is 0.. the output is 0. If the signal start to blinking ON/OFF i need output 1... Untill the signal is back to normally 0..
How can i draw a block diagram?
I have an idea of put a some delay msec to read rise time to read as 1.. so i can have continuous output of 1 (During ON/OFF).. If the signal is goes to 0...the ouput is 0
Can someone pls help?
Many Thanks!
Brian

If you have no experience with LabVIEW (as seems likely judging by your question), you would do well to first use the on-line LabVIEW tutorials to learn a little about LabVIEW. You should be able to write a VI that will give you a blinking Boolean Indicator, and if you are having trouble, posting your code will allow us to show you where you made a mistake, and potentially emphasize the LabVIEW idea that you missed.
So view the tutorials (you can Google "LabVIEW Tutorial"), try to write this yourself, and then post a question along with attaching your VI. Please do not ask us to do all of your work for you.

Hi Munna,
Thank you.. The link was posted by me.. The project already solved.
Now is another project.
I am going to use NI 9425 plug in to NI 9181.. Monitor machines status from machine alarm tower lamp signal...
If there is an alarm the lamp is keep blinking until someone attempt to clear the error.. Then tower lamp signal will Off state.
Thanks !

where your getting issue?
Check your Alram status. If it is ON, Keep your Lamp ON.
If error is cleared, Make it to OFF.
Use shift registers.
