Bad VI repair

I need to modify an old application which has been developped in LabVIEW 4.0.1. When opening Roues2.vi diagram, LabVIEW crashes. How can I get back (repair) this VI diagram ?

One trick is to open a good vi and put the bad vi inside the block diagram of the good vi. I've tried this but it still causes LV7 to crash. There may be no solution other than to re-write it from scratch.

It crashes in any LabVIEW version I tried.

I can open it in LabVIEW 4.01, but if I try to see the diagram, it crashes. It seems to me that the file got corrupted somehow.

You might want to send it to NI support for a salvage attempt.
