As I thought there was not change between the BV 2.1 version and 2.1.1.
The only big change was - I guess - the OPC Server capability of BridgeVIEW with BridgeVIEW 2.0 and the GUI interface to set the BV OPC client talking with the synchrounous OPC interface with other OPC servers (if they just had the synchrounous interface implemented)

If you have more specific questions you might call National Instruments support. I know once (when LabVIEW DSC 6.0 was released) I've got more information about the implemented OPC in
terfaces for BridgeVIEW and LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control when I created an OPC Server with LabVIEW DSC.
