I have an executable I am running on a machine where I am trying to control several BK9120A power supplies (simple commands, read/set voltage/output on and off). I have been able to use the supplies on other machine with this executable, but with this machine I cannot communicate with the power supplies. I know that some of these supplies need additional drivers for use, but do not know which drivers are needed to use these supplies, can someone help point me to what I need to download to help the executable communicate to the supply properly? I am using LabVIEW 2018 to build the exe and the model number of the power supply is 9120A. I have looked in NI Max and have verified I am using NI-VISA 5.8.
