Please help me with this problem that I am stuck with. I am trying to implement ECG detection using pan-tompkins algorithm.
Attached is the paper and what I am doing in labview.
As seen in the block diagram, I have placed various array's size of array elements as to debug. I am trying to get a waveform in output of second low-pass filter.
It seems that there is some problem with the kind of array that I get. In case of output from high pass filter, i.e. array indicating filtered x, output seems to be fine and I do get waveform too, but in case of array after notch filter and size, I see something strange, i.e. all my elements seem to be in the same row. I am new to labview please help me with this.
