I didn't really look into that, I assumed the OP had it set to run once and maintain the shift register value.  OK, so you can remove the inner loop and add a shift register to track where you are for replacing the older values.  There is still probably a cleaner way to organize the code to make it more scalable and allow the user move control.

Wow, whenever I post here I realize how much I need to learn with LabView, this is a great forum. The program appears to be working using the suggestions provided. I am still trying to understand what a few parts do. I attached the program just in case it might help someone else.
