Trying to get confirmation if LabView 2013 SP1 and DAQmx – Version 9.7.5 are still receiving product/patch updates. Don't believe they are, but was hoping someone might be able to confirm.

You can download and use those softwares with SSP.
Edit: LV 2013 is in Extended Support phase
Please refer to NI's policies here - https://www.ni.com/en/support/software-product-life-cycle-policies.html

Thanks for the message.
Based on reading their lifecycle page, it appears LabView 2013 SP1 would received updates via Extended Support, but would require a long-term service contract. Is that correct?
Also, what about DAQMX (version 9.7.5)? I could not find this anywhere on their lifecycle page.
Thanks!!

yes, we have ssp and I just downloaded LabView 2013 SP1 installer via https://www.ni.com/de/support/downloads/software-products/download.labview.html#306306

I was also able to download daqmx 9.7.5 via https://www.ni.com/de/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-daq-mx.html#288369
I have been logged in webfrontend with my NI credentials

The only "updates" to software in "Extended" support that you can reasonably expect are ones to address dire security issues. If something in Extended support stops working in Windows 11 because of a Microsoft update, NI is not going to go back and update LabVIEW 2013 (or whatever) to work on it.
Is there something in particular you want to get updated on your 2013 era software? If you just want general bug fixes or features, you will need to start using newer versions.
