hi,

how do you configure your divice? With VISA ore with DAQmx?

In case of NI-VISA it would be possible to fix that with version 14.0.

Did you tried this allready?

NI-VISA 14.0 - National Instruments
http://www.ni.com/download/ni-visa-14.0/4722/en/

regards

I use MAX for the configuration and configured that are two SCB-68A connected to the card.

But due to a complete new installation of LabVIEW Run-Time, VISA Run-TIme and DAQmx

i forgot to configure that again.

I have done that now and will post a followup if that was the solution.
