Appending a 1D array (from switch) to a 2D array

This question I know should be very easy, but it doesn't seem to be working. 

I have a 2D array, imported from a *.csv file, and a 1D array controlled by a switch.  I would like to concatenate the 1D (column) array to the end (last column) of the 2D array.  I am using the "Insert Into Array" VI, but I am not getting any output.  Can anyone help me?

I am attaching the my VI and *.csv file if it helps.
