Append graph

Dear All,

             I have written a code where i capture the data from a keithley 2636 and plot a quantity - rsistance vs voltage. I do it many times- changing the device(or simply the resistor) under test. I want to view all the previous graphs overlayed one over the other in the same graph window . How may i do this?. I saw some help regarding this but couldnt get clarity. I am new to labview.
