Anyone programmed a 6 Sigma Gage Study application?

I am working on a project which I need to perfrom a 6 Sigma Gage Study on. Because I have approximately 145 parameters I need to evaluate for "gage capability", I am considering using LabVIEW to do the gage study. I want to do the same basic gage ANOVA calculations as done in Minitab. I am wondering if anyone out there has done this or if they know of an application that can do this?

I'm not too familiar with this area of applications and was hoping somebody else might have some better ideas on it.  But for the rest of us, do you have any more specific information or resources about what you are trying to do so we can better answer your question?  What does a gage study consist of and do you have any specifics on the ANOVA calculations?

From a quick Google search of ANOVA calculations, it looked fairly straight forward and something that LabVIEW could handle.  However, I don't know about any existing applications that already do it.

Alex, I don't have a full outline yet of what it takes to do the gage study calculations. I am working with one of our 6 sigma Black Belts to get that put together. I hope to get more details in the next day or two.

In the mean time, I am attempting to start doing some programming on my own, starting with the 2D ANOVA function in LabVIEW. I am experimenting to see if NI's 2D ANOVA does the same calculations as Minitab. Thus far I haven't been able to get the 2D ANOVA function to provide me with outputs. I keep getting error #-20043. I have an open support request #7261354 relating to this. I have attached a copy of a vi that contains sample data and my attempt to apply the 2D ANOVA function . The documentation on the 2D ANOVA function is very limited and I am still trying to understand what I need to provide as inputs to A Level, B Levels etc..
