Any ideas how to change colour of buttons in scale and cursor legends

Hi I can change the colour of buttons in the legends like graph palette, scrollbar belonging to the graphs.
But i cant change only 2 buttons, One is properties of scale numbers in scale legend and properties of lines in cursor legend.
Pls advise. Thanks

Looks like that's an issue specific to 7.1. When I opened up your VI in 7.1.1f2 the object in the left circle showed up in blue. As for the cursor control that's in the right circle you can't change the gray border color on that. At least as far as I could tell.
